DailyBeatHRV, the newest iOS application by SweetWater Health, provides you with an accurate assessment of our overall health and resilience. Our patent-pending clinical grade algorithms measure Heart Rate Variability and provide you with intuitive and easy to understand health status. If you are trying to create new habits, the daily Willpower measurement will help you meet your goals. Research shows that HRV is correlated with Willpower, and that knowing your daily Willpower reserve gives you the knowledge you need to stay on track.

Features

Monitor Screen

Monitor Screen:  The Monitor screen displays your HRV on a scale of 0-100 as well as you relaxation level from green (relaxed) to red (not relaxed). It also displays your average heart rate and an ECG animation that beats at the same time as your heart so you can see your beat to beat intervals!

Instantaneous Heart RateInstantaneous Heart Rate: Swipe the Monitor screen right to left to see your instantaneous heart rate. We are used to thinking of our heart rate a number while in reality it changes beat to beat. The number we are used is the average of the beat to beat heart rate. This is a great way to visualize your HRV! If the line is almost flat, your HRV is low. The above example shows a healthy HRV.

Relax ScreenRelax Screen: The Relax screen provides a breath pacer with an exhale – inhale ratio of 2:1 which has been shown to balance the nervous system. The images change based on your relaxation level and the beautiful fractal images can be changed to anything from your camera roll!

Session SummariesSession Summaries: Age adjusted HRV and Recommendations: Since HRV varies based on age and gender, DailyBeatHRV adjusts your HRV for the age and gender you entered. It is still 0-100 though it is scaled for your demographic so you can see how you are doing relative to you peers. The recommendation is customized based on your results for that day and provides pointers to help you navigate your day based on the state of your body. Swipe right to left to see the remaining summary screens!

Willpower GraphWillpower Graph 2Willpower Graph: Your Willpower chart is based on YOU compared to YOU (not the general population of your age and gender). The purple line shows your Willpower for the day and the yellow line is your personalized reference line. If your Willpower is above the reference line, you likely have the power to meet all of your goals. If it below the reference line for 1 day, your Willpower is drained. If it stays below the line for 2 or more days, your Willpower is critically low. The associated recommendations will guide you on how best to stay on track, depending on your Willpower reserve.

Power Balance ChartPower Balance Chart 2Power Balance Chart:  Your Power Balance chart shows you where you are relative to your age and gender. Consider a stereo that is 50 watts verses one that is 250 watts. The 250 watt stereo will play music louder without distortion than the 50 watt version. Also while listening you want the balance of the speakers equal so that you hear both channels equally. The Power Balance chart is an indication of how many “Watts” you have for the day and the balance of “Fight or Flight” and “Rest and Digest”.

ResilienceResilience 2Resilience:  Your Resilience is an indication of your ability to Respond and Recover from daily stressors. We often React rather than Respond and then we stay in that reactive state for hour, days or even weeks. By knowing your Resilience you are able to plan ahead to avoid undesired reactions.

Session SummariesSession Summaries "Summary Charts: The DailyBeat Summary Charts provide insight into your overall health and balance. Let’s face it we all have low energy or grumpy days. The Charts let you see how often you have positive, powerful balanced days and how often you are on the low side. This vital information will help you adjust your wellness regime that creates measureable results.

HistoryHistory: Accessing saved sessions is easier than ever. The history is split into two sections: charts and sessions. By selecting a saved session, the user can view their metrics in a gnt, Facebook or Twitter, and new capabilities now allow users to send their RR intervals in a CSV file to any email address.

GeneralGeneral: This section is designed to allow the user to personalize their DailyBeatHRV experience. Choose a heart rate monitor, change application or account settings, or read through the support documents.
