    Overall lowering of the haelth of the person if allowed to persist for sometime ,can lead to psychotic behavior, and social distress .References : If you are suffering stress..you must be able to identify what the cause is before real relief can be obtainedStress could be defined as a conflict between whats happening and what you want to happen or what you think may happen
